నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనము గురించిన ప్రాథమిక సమాచారము.*

👉నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనము అంటే ఏమిటి?

విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం 2009, అధ్యాయం 5 సెక్షన్ 29 సబ్ సెక్షన్ 2 ప్రకారం విద్యార్ధుల ప్రగతిని నిరంతరం సమగ్రంగా మూల్యాంకనం చేయాలని నిర్దేశించడం జరిగింది. తరగతి గదిలో బోధనాభ్యసన కృత్యాలలో పిల్లలు పాల్గొంటున్నప్పుడు తరగతి గదిలో జరిగే చర్చలు, వచ్చే సమాధానాలు, పాఠ్యభాగం చివరన గల అభ్యాసాలను సాధించే తీరు, నోటు పుస్తకాలు రాసే విధానం, ఇంటిపని, ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు మొదలైన వాటి ఆధారంగా పిల్లలు ఏమి నేర్చుకున్నారో ఎలా నేర్చుకుంటున్నారో, ఉపాధ్యాయుడు అంచనా వేయునది నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనము. ఒక విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో మొత్తం 4. నిర్మాణాత్మకమూల్యాంకనాలను మదింపు చెయ్యవలెను. ప్రతి నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనం 50 మార్కులకు నిర్వహించవలసి ఉంటుంది.

నిర్మాణాత్మక ముల్యాంకనము- సాధనాలు

1. పిల్లల భాగస్వామ్యం- ప్రతిస్పదనలు- 10 మార్కులు

2. రాత అంశాలు: 10 మార్కులు

3. ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు 10 మార్కులు

4. లఘు పరీక్ష: 20 మార్కులు

 1. పిల్లల భాగస్వామ్యం- ప్రతిస్పదనలు: 10 మార్కులు

(a) Languages (భాషలు): తెలుగు, హిందీ, ఆంగ్లము: పుస్తక సమీక్ష( బుక్ రివ్యూ):

విద్యార్థి ఒక పుస్తకాన్ని గాని, కథను గాని, పత్రికను గాని, చదివి అందులోని విషయాన్ని వ్యాఖ్యానించాలి, విశ్లేషించాలి, వివరించాలి. తనకు అది ఎందుకు నచ్చిందో, ఎందుకు నచ్చలేదో వివరించగలగాలి. ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి వేరు వేరు పుస్తకాలను అందించి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.

సమీక్ష లో ప్రధానంగా మూడు అంశాలు ఉంటాయి అవి:

1. పుస్తక పరిచయ 2 మార్కులు

2. విషయ వివరణ

- 4 మార్కులు

3. స్వీయ అభిప్రాయం 4 మార్కులు.

b) గణితం:

నూతన సమస్యల తయారీ మరియు సాధన,

వివిధ భావనలపై సమస్యల యొక్క తార్కికత, క్లిష్టత, నిజ జీవిత వినియోగం వంటి అంశాల ఆధారంగా నూతన సమస్యలను రూపొందింప చేయాలి. వాటి సాధనలను చేయించగలగాలి. ప్రతి నిర్మాణాత్మక మదింపుకు కనీసం ఐదు కొత్త ప్రశ్నలు రూపొందింప చేయాలి. ప్రతి ప్రశ్నకు 2 మార్కుల చొప్పున కేటాయించాలి. విద్యార్థులు అడిగే సందేహాలను కూడా కొత్త ప్రశ్నలు గా పరిగణించవచ్చు

c) భౌతిక, జీవ శాస్త్రాలు:

ప్రయోగ శాల కృత్యాలు

ప్రయోగశాలలో ప్రయోగాలు చేసే విధానాన్ని, నైపుణ్యాన్ని మదింపు చేయాలి. ప్రయోగం చేసే పద్ధతికి, ప్రయోగశాల రికార్డుకు మార్కులు కేటాయించాలి. రికార్డు నందు 1. ఉద్దేశ్యము 2. కావలసిన పరికరాలు, రసాయనాల

 3. జాగ్రత్తలు 4. ప్రయోగ విధానం 5. పరిశీలనా నమోదు. 6. ఫలితాల విశ్లేషణ 7. సాధారణీకరణం వంటి అంశాలు ఉండాలి. 

ప్రయోగం చేసే పధ్ధతికి: 4 మార్కులు. 

ప్రయోగాల రికార్డుకు: 6 మార్కులు

d) సాంఘిక శాస్త్రము: సమకాలీన సామాజిక అంశాలపై విశ్లేషణ.

ప్రతి నిత్యం మీడియాలో వార్తా పత్రికలలో వచ్చే పాఠ్యాంశానికి అనుబంధించిన సామాజిక సమస్యలు, వర్తమాన అంశాలను కొన్నింటిని ఎంపిక చేసుకొని విద్యార్థుల అభిప్రాయాలు నోటు పుస్తకంలో రాయించాలి. వారి ప్రతి స్పందనలు, వ్యాఖ్యానాలను సమస్య పట్ల వారికి గల అవగాహనను లోతుగా పరిశీలించి 10 మార్కులను

కేటాయించాలి. 

2. రాత అంశాలు: 10 మార్కులు

విద్యార్థులు రాసే నోటు పుస్తకాలు, ఎసైన్మెంట్లు, పాఠ్యాంశాలలోని అభ్యాసాలు పూర్తి చేయటం, పట్టికలు నింపటం, బొమ్మలు వేయటం సొంతంగా రాసే రచనలు మొదలైనవి ఈ అంశము క్రిందకు వస్తాయి. 

పాఠ్య పుస్తక అభ్యాసాలు/ పట్టికలు నింపటం 3 మార్కులు,

అభ్యసనం మెరుగుపరు చుకుందాం / ఇవి చేయండి వంటి సృజనాత్మక కృత్యాలు : 3 మార్కులు, 

రెగ్యులర్ మరియు నిర్మాణాత్మక మదింపు నోటు పుస్తకాల సక్రమ నిర్వహణ, సమయానికి సమర్పించడం, దోషరహితంగా రాయట: 4 మార్కులు.

 3. ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు: 10 మార్కులు

విద్యార్థులలో పరిశోధన పట్ల ఆసక్తి కలిగించటం ప్రాజెక్టు పనుల ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశ్యం. సమస్యను గుర్తించటం ,సమాచారాన్ని సేకరించటం, సేకరించిన సమాచారాన్ని క్రోడీకరించడం, విశ్లేషించడం, నివేదిక రాయటం, నివేదికను సమర్పించటం అనే సోపానాలు ప్రాజెక్టులో ఉంటాయి. అందుబాటులో ఉండే వనరులకు లోబడి ప్రాజెక్టు పనిని కేటాయించాలి. అంతర్జాలం మీద పూర్తిగా ఆధారపడే వాటిని ఇవ్వరాదు. ప్రాజెక్టులను వ్యక్తిగతంగా లేదా జట్టుగా ఇవ్వవచ్చు. గ్రూపులకు శాశ్వతంగా పేర్లు కేటాయించు కొనుట మంచిది. శాస్త్రవేత్తలు, స్వాతంత్ర సమరయోధులు. కవులు, రాజులు, రాజ్యాలు, క్రీడాకారులు మొదలగు విభాగాల నుండి ఒక్కొక్క తరగతికి ఒక విభాగాన్ని కేటాయించి గ్రూపులకు పేర్లు నిర్ణయించాలి. ప్రతి విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి కనీసం 4 ప్రాజెక్టులను విద్యార్థులచే చేయించాలి.

1) FA-1 కు సమాచార సేకరణకు, క్షేత్ర పర్యటనకు సంబంధించిన ప్రాజెక్టులు.

2) FA-2, FA-4 లకు పాఠశాలలో పూర్తి చేయదగిన ప్రాజెక్టులు. 3) FA-3 కు నమూనాలు (models) తయారు చేయు ప్రాజెక్టులు నిర్వహించాలి.

కొన్ని ప్రాజెక్టులను ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఎంపిక చేసి విద్యార్థులకు ఇచ్చి అందులో నుంచి ఒక ప్రాజెక్టు ను విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేసుకొనమని చెప్పాలి. ప్రాజెక్టు నివేదికలో ప్రాజెక్టు పేరు, సమస్య, లక్ష్యాలు, సాధనాలు అధ్యయన పద్ధతి, పట్టికలు, విశ్లేషణ ముగింపు మొదలైన అంశాలను పొందుపరచ వలసి ఉంటుంది. దత్తాంశ సేకరణ/ ప్రాజెక్టు నిర్వహణ ప్రాజెక్టు నివేదిక తయారీ వైవా నివేదికపై మాట్లాడటం 3  మార్కులు 5 మార్కులు 2 మార్కులు

4. లఘు  పరీక్ష (20 మార్కులు):

నిర్దేశించిన పాఠ్యాంశం నుండి ఎంపిక చేసుకున్న విద్యా ప్రమాణాలలో 20 మార్కులకు మించకుండా 45. నిమిషముల వ్యవధిలో పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి. ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి కూడా మదింపు చేయవచ్చు. పరీక్ష ఎప్పుడు నిర్వహించేది ముందుగా తెలియపర చకూడదు. ముఖ్యంగా రాత పరీక్ష ప్రశ్నాపత్రాన్ని తరగతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు సొంతంగా తయారు చేసుకొనవలెను. ఇతరులు తయారు చేసిన మార్కెట్ల నందు లభ్యమయ్యే వాటిని ఉపయోగించరాదు.

 సాధారణ అంశాలు:

1. నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనం విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో నాలుగు సార్లు నిర్వహించాలి. 

2. నిర్మాణాత్మక మూల్యాంకనం నిర్వహించుటకు ప్రతి సబ్జెక్టుకు 2 నోటు పుస్తకాలను కేటాయించాలి.

3. పిల్లల భాగస్వామ్యం, ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు, లఘు పరీక్ష అంశాలను మదింపు చేయుటకు ఒక నోటు పుస్తకాన్ని, 2వ అంశం రాత పనులు మదింపునకు మరొక పుస్తకాన్ని కేటాయించాలి.

4. పుస్తక సమీక్ష, ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు, తరగతి మొత్తానికి ఒకే కృత్యము కాకుండా వేర్వేరుగా కేటాయించాలి

 5. గ్రూపులుగా విభజించి నప్పుడు ప్రతి గ్రూపు నందు ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులు ఉండునట్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.

5. విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను గ్రేడు వారీగా రికార్డు చెయ్యాలి.

6. ప్రతి అంశము నందు చూపబడిన మార్కుల విభజన నమూనా కొరకు మాత్రమే. మార్కులు కేటాయించే విషయంలోఉపాధ్యాయునిదే తుది నిర్ణయం..

7. ప్రాజెక్టు పనులన, ప్రయోగశాల కృత్యాలు, పుస్తక సమీక్షలను నమోదు చేయునప్పుడు నిర్దేశిత నమూనానుపాటించవలసి ఉంటుంది.

8. వీలైనంతవరకు పాఠ్య పుస్తకములో సూచించిన, తమ పాఠశాలకు అనుకూలమైన ప్రాజెక్టులను విద్యార్థులచే నిర్వహింప చేయాలి.

MJPRJC CET is also known as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test 2023 test it have been conducted on 30th April 2023 on behalf of Telangana State Govt. Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (MJPTBCWREIS) issued the Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test (RJC CET) 2023 notification in March 2023. BC Welfare REIS invited the online applications from the eligible students who were passed or SSC Class appeared students for admission into Inter groups in MJPTBC Welfare Residential Junior Colleges in Telangana State for the academic year 2023-2024 Telangana BC Gurukul Entrance Test, TSBCWRJC CET Results 2023 Released. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule BC Gurukul Vidyalayas Institute has released the results of the TSMJBC RJC CET examination conducted for admissions in the first year of Inter‌ have been released. BC Welfare Chief Secretary released the TSMJBC RJC CET Results. The Admission Counseling will be conducted at district centers on the  month. The results are listed on the website.

ELIGIBILTY FOR ADMISSION
a) Regular students who passed SSC or its equivalent examination (10th class) held in 2023 , in the first attempt.
b) Age not more than 18 years as on 31.12.2023 (21 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
1. Admissions will be based on merit in the 10th class Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject, and by following the statutory reservations of the State.
2. A deprivation score of 0.4, as prescribed by the Government will be added to the 10th class GPA of the applicants from non-residential Government Schools including Zillaparishad and Municipal Schools.
3. Admissions to 85% of the total available seats will be reserved for ‘Local Candidates’ (Telangana State); and the remaining 15% of the seats are ‘unreserved’ and filled by the students of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.
4. Students belonging to States other than Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Children of Indians working in Gulf Countries / International and NRI students are eligible for admission in supernumerary seats.

 Admission Procedure: 

a) Admissions to the first year of Integrated B Tech Program (2023-24) will be based on merit in the Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject in 10th  class, and by following  the statutory reservations of the State. A deprivation score of 0.4 prescribed by the Government for the year 2023-24 under Statute 13 (3) shall be added to the 10th class GPA of those applicants who studied in non-residential Government Schools including the Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools, with an objective of providing weightage to the socio economically challenged students in the admission process.

b) At RGUKT, Basar, admissions to 85% of the total available seats shall be reserved for the Local Candidates (Telangana State) and the remaining 15% of the seats shall be un-reserved (these seats will be filled with both States Telangana and Andhra Pradesh students based on merit) as specified in the Presidential Order 371 Article D in consonance to Section 95 of the A.P. Reorganization Act, 2014.

Teaching and learning is ICT based and it is fully residential with separate hostel facilities for Girls and Boys. Every student is being provided with a laptop.
