The APGLI Department is one of the oldest departments in the State. Due to ReOrganization of Andhra Pradesh state and formation of "Telangana State Government Life Insurance ". w.e.f. 02-06-2014. TSGLI Scheme is a Social Security Measure for the welfare of the Government employees and is mandatory for all Government employees and provincialised Local Body employees.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర జీవిత బీమా శాఖ(TSGLI) నందు మన ప్రీమియం ఆన్లైన్ల ద్యార మన ఖాతా యందు జమ చేయుచున్నారు.

కావున తమరు IFMIS పోర్టల్ నందు తమ తమ employee వివరాలతో TSGLI నెం ను update చేసుకోగలరు. లేని యెడల ప్రీమియం జమలు సస్పెన్స్ లోకి వెళ్తుంది.

కావున ఈ సందర్భం లో ఒక్క సారి update చేసుకున్న చో ఎప్పటికీ మిస్సింగ్ ఉండవు.

ఒకవేళ మీ పాలసీ నం. ముందు L ఉన్నచో తప్పక వేయగలరు. లేనియచో వేయకూడదు.

 TSGLI నంబర్ కు బదులు employee ID ఉన్నచొ తీసివేసి పాలసీ నంబర్ ను వేయగలరు.    ఇట్లు

TSGLI Missing Credits/  Clearance of Missing Credits:
For clearance of missing credits, the subscriber has to submit the places of posting with deduction particulars such as Month, Amount of Premium / Loan Instalment, Token Number / Voucher Number, Total Amount of APGLI schedule attested by the DDO. In Case of challan remittance, the subscriber has to submit the places of posting with the deduction particulars such as month, amount of Premium / Loan Instalment, Challan number, Challan amount and date attested by DDO, along with full details of Policy numbers and names of the employees for whom the challan is paid.

Avoidance of Missing Credits:
The Drawing Officers have to verify the correctness of the TSGLI policy numbers in the schedule with reference to the policy bonds issued by the Department. If wrong Policy numbers are quoted in the schedules, the premium cannot be posted to the individual accounts and missing credits will arise.
The correct policy numbers once recorded in the schedules should not be changed every month.
The employees also have to verify the correctness of their policy numbers mentioned in the monthly schedule at least once in a year. The policy number may be recorded in the first page of Service Register(SR) of the employees as a permanent record. The Drawing Officers may depute the concerned establishment staff to the respective District  Insurance Office for updation of premiums in case of missing credits.

How to Get TSGLI Loan? Download Application Form

3.  అప్లికేషన్ form పై 1/- రెవెన్యూ స్టాంప్ అతికించి  DDO దృవీకరణ తో  TSGLI కార్యాలయం లో అందజేయాలి
4.  జమ అయిన మొత్తం నుండి 80% లోన్ గా పొందవచ్చు
5.  ఇట్టి మొత్తం ను 12/24/36/48 వాయిదాల లో  తిరిగి చెల్లించాలి.
6.  తీసుకున్న మొత్తం పై నిబంధనలకు లోబడి  వడ్డీ చెల్లించాలి.

డూప్లికేట్ పాలసీ బాండ్ పొందటానికి, ఉద్యోగి ఈ క్రింది విధానాన్ని అనుసరించాలి.

దశ 1: DDO కు అభ్యర్థన

రెగ్యులర్ ప్రీమియంతో పాటు జీతం నుండి ఒక రూపాయిని తగ్గించాలని ఉద్యోగి DDOను అభ్యర్థించాలి.

దశ 2: డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారం సమర్పణ

పాలసీ పోయిందని లేదా నాశనం చేయబడిందని మరియు పాలసీ కోసం తనఖా ఎక్కడా చేయలేదని పేర్కొంటూ ఉద్యోగి డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారమ్‌ను సమర్పించాలి.

 APGLI Missing Credits/  Clearance of Missing Credits:
For clearance of missing credits, the subscriber has to submit the places of posting with deduction particulars such as Month, Amount of Premium / Loan Instalment, Token Number / Voucher Number, Total Amount of APGLI schedule attested by the DDO.
In Case of challan remittance, the subscriber has to submit the places of posting with the deduction particulars such as month, amount of Premium / Loan Instalment, Challan number, Challan amount and date attested by DDO, along with full details of Policy numbers and names of the employees for whom the challan is paid.

Avoidance of Missing Credits:
The Drawing Officers have to verify the correctness of the APGLI policy numbers in the schedule with reference to the policy bonds issued by the Department. If wrong Policy numbers are quoted in the schedules, the premium cannot be posted to the individual accounts and missing credits will arise.
The correct policy numbers once recorded in the schedules should not be changed every month.
The employees also have to verify the correctness of their policy numbers mentioned in the monthly schedule at least once in a year. The policy number may be recorded in the first page of Service Register(SR) of the employees as a permanent record. The Drawing Officers may depute the concerned establishment staff to the respective District  Insurance Office for updation of premiums in case of missing credits.

General Provident Fund-: నియమ నిబంధనలు 

1).పర్మనెంట్ బేసిస్ మీద రెగ్యులర్ స్కేలు నియామకమయిన నా్గెజిటెడ్/గెజిటెడ్ ఉద్యోగులు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు నియామకమయిన తేది నుండి  జి.పి.ఎఫ్ లో  చేరనలసి ఉంటుంది, అఖరి  స్థాయి ఉద్యోగులు గృహనిర్మణం కోసం స్థలం కొనుగోలుకై లేదా గృహనిర్మజణానికి అవసరమైన డబ్బు, గృహరి పేరింగులకై కనీసం 5సం॥ల సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసిన వారు ఇంకా 10సం॥ల సర్వీసు కలిగిన వారు కూడ జి.పి.యఫ్. లో చేరుటకు అర్హులు.

2) తేది 1-9-04 నాటి నుండి ఉద్యోగములో చేరినారు.  జి.పి. యఫ్. స్కీం లో  చేరుటకు అర్హులు కారు (G0.Ms.No.654 తేది 22-9-204) జి.ఫి.యఫ్.అకౌంటులను చూసే బాధ్యత అకౌంటెంట్ జనరల్ అం.ప్ర, గారికి అప్పగించవైనది. పంచాయతీ రాజ్ సంస్థలలో పనిచేయు ఉద్యోగుల , ఉపాధ్యాయులు GPF అకౌంటులు మొత్తము జిల్లా పరిషత్తు  CEO గారు  నిర్వహిస్తారు.

4)  ఈ GPF నుండి  అప్పులు, పార్ట్ఫైనల్స్ ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఆ పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు, ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మండల విద్యాధికారి ఉన్నత పాఠశాల ప్ర.ఉ.లకు ఉపవిద్యాధికారి మంజూరు చేయవచ్చు. G0.Ms.No.40, dt.7-5-2002 .

5) ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు/ఉద్యోగి తన వేతనము నుండి ప్రతినల కనీసము 6%నకు తగ్గకుండ స్రీమియం చెల్లించాలి. జి. పి. ఎఫ్ ప్రీమియంను సంవత్సరమునకు ఒకసారి తగ్గించవచ్చును. లేదా సంవత్సరమునకు రెండుసార్లు. పెంచవచ్చును.  G0.Ms.No.21, d.24-1-81.  ఈ ప్రీమియం రిటైర్మెంటుకు నాలుగు నెలల ముందు నిలుపుదల చేయవచ్చు.  ఇలా చెల్లించిన జి.పి.యఫ్.నిల్వలపై ఆయాకాలములలో  వడ్డీ   రేట్లు లభించును.

6) నామినీ : జి.పి.యఫ్.లో సభ్యులుగా చేరిన వెంటనే సర్వీసులో ఉండగా అనుకోని సంఘటనల ద్వార తనకు ఏమైన జరిగినచో అట్టి డబ్బును చెల్లించుటకై నామినీ ఫారము దాఖలు చేయాలి. ఈ నామినీ పేరును సర్వీసు పుస్తకములో ఎంట్రీ చేయించడము చాలా ముఖ్యము.

7) GPF నుండి అడ్వాన్సు: 

 GPF లో నిలువయున్న మొత్తం నుండి ఈ క్రింది నింబంధనలకు లోబడి త్కాలికముగా రుణము పొందడానికి అవకాశము కలదు.

(ఏ ) ఈ రుణం ఉద్యోగి 3 నెలల జీతమునకు సమానమైన లేదా జమచేయబడిన డబ్బు నుండి 50% పై రెండింటి లో ఏది తక్కువయితే ఆ మొత్తాన్ని రుణంగా మంజూరు చేయవచ్చు.

(బి ) ఒక ఉద్యోగి ఒక  ఆర్ధిక  సంవత్సరములో రెండుసార్లుGPF రుణం పొందవచ్చు

(సి ) తనకు లేదా తనపై ఆధారపడిన వారి సుదీర్ఘకాల చికత్స అవసరాల కొరకు, తనకు లేదా తనపై ఆధారపడిన వారి ఉన్నత విద్యకొరకు , విదేశాలకు వెళ్లవలసివస్తే దాని ఖర్చులకోసం/, స్వదేశంలో ఉన్నత విద్యకొరకు.

(డి ) తనకు లేదా తమ పిల్లల నిశ్చితార్థం, వివాహములకు, జన్మదినవేడుకలకు, తనకుటుంబీకల అంత్యక్రియలకు

(ఈ ) ఉత్సవం నిర్వహణలో భాగంగా తీర్థయాత్రలకు వెళ్లవలసివస్తే దాని ఖర్చుల కొరకు

(ఎఫ్ ) ఉద్యోగ విధినిర్వహణ సందర్భంగా తలెత్తిన ఆరోపణలను ఎదుర్కొనడానికి కావలసిన ఖర్చుల నిమిత్తమై.

(జి ) గృహనిర్మాణంలో భాగంగా స్థల సేకరణకు, గృహనిర్మణమునకై, గృహ రిపేరులకై అయ్యే ఖర్చుల కొరకై

(యచ్ ) ఉద్యోగ విరమణ తేదికి ఆరునెలల ముందు వ్యవసాయ భూములు మరియు వ్యాపారస్థలం కొనుగోలుకై

(ఐ ) ఒక మోటారు కారు కొనుగోలు కోసం GPF రుణం పొందవచ్చు

          నిర్ణీత ప్రొఫార్మ యందు వినతిపత్రము రుణము పొందుటకు గల కారణములకు ఆధారములు జతపరుస్తూ జిపియఫ్ రుణము మంజూరు చేయు అధికారికి సమర్పించాలి. తీసుకున్న రుణము ఆరువాయిదాలకు తగ్గకుండ 24 వాయిదాలకు మించకుండ తిరిగి చెల్లించాలి. (G.O.Ms.397 Dt.14-11-2008 ).

8) పార్ట్ ఫైనల్ విత్డ్రాయల్స్: 20 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీసును పూర్తిచేసుకున్న ఉద్యోగులు లేదా 10 సంవత్సరముల లోపల రి టైర్ అవుతున్న ఉద్యోగులు తమ ప్రావిడెంట్  ఫండ్లో నిలువయున్న డబ్బు నుండి  పార్ట్ ఫైనల్  విత్డ్రాయల్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఈ పార్ట్ ఫైనల్  విత్ డ్రాయల్  మొత్తాలను తిరిగి చెల్లించవలసిన అవసరం లేదు. ఈ క్రింది కారణాల ఖర్చులకై పార్ట్ ఫైనల్  మంజూరి చేయవచ్చు.

(ఏ )కుమారుడు కుమార్తెల ఉన్నత విద్యాఖ్యాసం మరియు వివాహాల కొరకు.

(బి )ఆరోగ్యకారణాల వల్ల ఎదురయ్యే ఆరోగ్య, వైద్య, ప్రత్యేక ఆహార, ప్రయాణ ఖర్చులకై

(సి ) ఒకే కారణం కోసం రెండుసార్లు పార్ట్ ఫైనల్  చేసుకోవడానికి అవకాశం లేదు.

(డి ) రిటైర్  అవుతున్న ఉద్యోగి తన ఆఖరు నాలుగు నెలల ఉద్యోగ కాల సమయములో పార్ట్ ఫైనల్ విత్ డ్రాయల్ కు అవకాశం లేదు.

(ఈ )  పార్ట్ ఫైనల్ విత్ డ్రాయల్  అత్యవసర పరిస్థితుల బట్టి 6 నెలల జీతము లేదా 10 నెలల జీతమునకు సరిపడు డబ్బు  లేదా విలువలోనున్న డబ్బు నుండి 75% వరకు  మంజూరి చేయవచ్చును.

(యఫ్ ) G. O. Ms. No447  PR  Dept. Dt.28-11-2013 ద్వారా పంచాయతీరాజ్ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు జి.పి.ఎఫ్ నిల్వలపై అప్పులు మంజూరు చేయు అధికారం హెచ్.ఎమ్/ఎం.ఇ.ఒ.లకు కలదు

(జి ) ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు, బోధనేతర సిబ్బందికి గతంలో వలెనే జిల్లా పరిషత్ ఉప ముఖ్య కార్యనిర్వహణ అధికారే అప్పులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.  నిబంధనల ప్రకారం అప్పులు మంజూరు చేసి మంజూరు ఉత్తర్వులను, ఫారం-40ఎ తో జతచేసి జిల్లాపరిషత్ కు పంపుకుంటే వారు మంజూరైన సొమ్మును ఆన్లైన్లో బ్యాంకు ఖాతకు జమచేస్తారు .

గమనిక : తేది 1-9-04 తర్వాత ఉద్యోగములో చేరువారికి జిపిఎఫ్ వర్తించదు. అనగా జిపిఎఫ్ స్కీము కొత్తవారికి ఉండదు.   (GO.Ms.654 తేది 22-9-2004).     DSC 2002   వారికి   జిపిఎఫ్ సౌకర్యము కలుగజేయబడినది.

Aadhaar is a unique 12-digit identity number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) on behalf of the Government of India. According to UIDAI, an e-Aadhaar card downloaded from the UIDAI website is a valid proof of identity. డిజిటల్‌ ఆధార్‌ డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ ఇలా.

1.  మీరు ఇ-ఆధార్ కార్డు డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేయాలంటే ముందుగా https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్‌ ఓపెన్ చేయండి.
2.  అక్కడ మీ ఆధార్‌ నంబర్‌ గానీ, వర్చువల్‌ ఐడీ నంబర్‌ గానీ,ఎన్‌రోల్‌మెంట్‌ ఐడీ నంబర్‌ గానీ ఎంటర్‌ చేయాలి.
3.  ఆధార్‌ కార్డు నెంబర్‌ ఇతరులకు తెలీకుండా ఉండేందుకు ఉడాయ్‌ వర్చువల్‌ ఐడీ నంబర్‌ను ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. 12 అంకెల ఆధార్‌ నంబర్‌లో కేవలం నాలుగు అంకెలు మాత్రమే కనిపించి.. దిగువ భాగంలో వర్చువల్‌ ఐడీ నంబర్‌ కనిపిస్తుంది. అందుకోసం కనిపిస్తున్న బాక్స్‌ను టిక్‌ చేయాలి.
4.  ఆ తర్వాత మీ రిజిస్టర్డ్‌ మొబైల్‌ నంబర్‌కు ఓటీపీ వస్తుంది. నంబర్‌ను ఎంటర్‌ చేసిన తర్వాత క్యాప్చా కోడ్‌ను కూడా ఎంటర్‌ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
5.  ఈ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి కాగానే మీ మొబైల్‌/డెస్క్‌టాప్‌లోకి డిజిటల్‌ ఆధార్‌ కాపీ పీడీఎఫ్‌ ఫార్మాట్‌లో డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ అవుతుంది.
6. అయితే, డౌన్‌లోడ్ అయిన ఇ-ఆధార్‌కు పాస్‌వర్డ్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ ఉంటుంది.
7. అది తెరవాలంటే మీ పేరులోని మొదటి నాలుగు అక్షరాలు (క్యాపిటల్ అక్షరాల్లో ఆధార్‌ కార్డు ప్రకారం), పుట్టిన సంవత్సరాన్ని ఎంటర్‌ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
8.  మీ పేరులోని మొదటి 4 అక్షరాలు, మీరు పుట్టిన సంవత్సరం కలిపి 8 డిజిట్స్ పాస్‌వర్డ్ ఎంటర్ చేస్తే మీ ఆధార్ కార్డు ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.

How to download Aadhaar card online from UIDAI’s website step-by-step guide:

1. Visit the UIDAI website: www.uidai.gov.in

2. Click on the download Aadhaar option under the ‘My Aadhaar’ tab.

3. Enter your 28-digit enrolment ID as mentioned on the acknowledgment slip or your 12-digit Aadhaar number, or 16 digit Virtual ID and captcha code. You can also choose to download masked Aadhaar copy, if you want. Under the masked copy, the first eight digits of your Aadhaar number will be hidden.

 5. Click on ‘Send OTP’ if you have not generated ‘TOTP using m-Aadhaar app’. An six-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile number. The OTP will remain valid for 10 minutes.

6. Enter the OTP. You will be required to undertake a survey. Click on ‘Verify and Download’. A PDF file will be downloaded on your computer.

7. This file is password protected. The password for the file is the first four letters of your name as mentioned on Aadhaar card which you will have to enter in capital letters and your year of birth in YYYY format. For instance, if your name is Sneha and you were born in the year 1980, then your password will be SNEH1980.

➡ఇప్పటివరకు ఆధార్‌లో ఏవైనా మార్పులు చేసుకోవాలంటే అవస్థలే. ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రాల వద్ద రోజుల తరబడి నిరీక్షించాల్సి వచ్చేది. పరిమిత సంఖ్యలో టోకెన్లు ఇస్తుండటంతో ఇబ్బందులు అన్నీఇన్నీకావు. వీటన్నింటినీ గుర్తించిన కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అక్కడికి వెళ్లకనే చిరునామా మార్చుకొనేలా వెసులుబాటు కల్పించింది. తగిన ధ్రువపత్రాన్ని ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసి చిరునామాను మార్చుకునే అవకాశాన్ని కల్పించింది.

➡కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి పౌరుడికి వ్యక్తిగత ఆధార్‌ను 12 అంకెల నంబరుతో కేటాయించడంతోపాటు గుర్తింపు కార్డులను జారీ చేసింది. ఇందులో పేర్లు, చిరునామా, పుట్టిన తేదీ, తండ్రి, భర్త పేరు, ఫోన్‌ నంబరు, మెయిల్‌ తదితర వివరాల మార్పులు, చేర్పుల కోసం ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రాలైన తపాలా, బ్యాంకుల చుట్టూ తిరగాల్సి వస్తోంది.

➡పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, ఫోన్‌ నంబరు నమోదు, మార్పులకు తప్పనిసరిగా ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లి బయోమెట్రిక్‌ వేయాల్సి ఉంది. పేరులో తప్పులను సరిచేసుకునేందుకు పట్టణ స్థాయిలో గెజిటెడ్‌ అధికారి ఇచ్చిన ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం సరిపోతుంది. గ్రామస్థాయిలో గ్రామ రెవెన్యూ అధికారి, ఎవరైనా గెజిటెడ్‌ అధికారి ఇచ్చిన ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం ఉండాలి. పుట్టిన తేదీని మార్చుకునేందుకుగాను సంబంధిత సర్టిఫికెట్‌, పదో తరగతి పత్రం, గెజిటెడ్‌ అధికారి ఇచ్చిన జనన ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం.. ఇందులో ఏదో ఒక పత్రం అవసరం. ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లి అర్జీ రాసి బయోమెట్రిక్‌ విధానంతో ఈ వివరాలను నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. వివరాలన్నీ పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత నిర్ణీత గడువు కాలంలోగా సంబంధిత చిరునామాకు మార్పు చేస్తే ఆధార్‌ కార్డు పోస్టు ద్వారా వస్తుంది.

➡ఆధార్‌లో చిరునామా, తండ్రి, భర్త వివరాల్లో మార్పులు, చేర్పుల కోసం ఇక ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లకుండా సొంతంగా చేసుకునే వెసులుబాటును భారత ప్రభుత్వం కల్పించింది. వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలు సవరణ చేసుకోదలచినవారు తమ ఆధార్‌కు ఫోన్‌ నంబరు లేదా మెయిల్‌ ఐడీ అనుసంధానం అయి ఉంటేనే సాధ్యపడుతుంది. ఈ మార్పులకు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం సూచించిన ఫొటో గుర్తింపుతో గల చిరునామా ధ్రువపత్రాల్లో ఏదో ఒకటి తప్పనిసరి. అంతర్జాలం ద్వారా మార్పు చేసుకునేవారు ఇలా చేయొచ్ఛు.

ఎలా చేసుకోవాలంటే..

1. https://uidai.gov.in లింక్‌ను వెబ్‌ పేజీలో నమోదు చేయడం ద్వారా యూఐడీఏఐ పేజీ తెరుచుకుంటుంది.
2. తొలుత మై ఆధార్‌పై మౌస్‌ను ఉంచితే మరో మెనూ బార్‌ తెరుచుకుంటుంది.
3. అందులో అప్‌డేట్‌ యువర్‌ ఆధార్‌లో అప్‌డేట్‌ చిరునామాపై క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే మరో పేజీ ఓపన్‌ అవుతుంది.
4. అందులో అప్‌డేట్‌ యువర్‌ అడ్రస్‌ వద్ద క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే ప్రొసీడ్‌ టు అప్‌డేట్‌ అడ్రస్‌ అని వస్తుంది.
5. తర్వాత వచ్చే పేజీలో 12 అంకెల ఆధార్‌ నంబరును నమోదు చేసి సూచించిన వెరిఫికేషన్‌ కోడ్‌ను నమోదు చేయాలి.
6. సెండ్‌ ఓటీపీపై క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే గతంలో ఆధార్‌తో లింకైన ఫోన్‌ నంబరుకు ఓటీపీ వస్తుంది. ఓటీపీని నమోదు చేసి నెక్ట్స్‌ బటన్‌పై క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే మరో పేజీలో అప్‌డేట్‌ అడ్రస్‌ వయా అడ్రస్‌ ప్రూఫ్‌ ఆప్షన్‌ వస్తుంది.
7.  దానిపై క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే గతంలో ఆధార్‌ కార్డులో ఉన్న చిరునామా వివరాలు ఉంటాయి.
8. దాని కింద మార్చాల్సిన చిరునామా వివరాలు నమోదు చేసి ప్రీవ్యూపై క్లిక్‌ చేయాలి.
9. మనం నమోదు చేసిన వివరాలు సరిగా ఉన్నాయా లేదా అని ఈ పేజీలో చూసుకోవచ్ఛు వివరాలన్నీ సక్రమంగా ఉంటే కింద ఇచ్చిన బాక్స్‌పై క్లిక్‌ చేస్తే టిక్‌ మార్కు వస్తుంది.
10.  అనంతరం సబ్‌మిట్‌ బటన్‌ క్లిక్‌ చేయాలి. అప్‌లోడ్‌ ఎ కాపీ ఆఫ్‌ వ్యాలిడ్‌ అడ్రస్‌ ప్రూఫ్‌ అని అడుగుతుంది.
11. అందులో మనం ఏరకమైన ప్రూఫ్‌ అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేస్తున్నామో దానిని ఎంచుకుని అప్‌లోడ్‌ డాక్యుమెంట్‌పై క్లిక్‌ చేయాలి.
12. అందులో స్కాన్‌ చేసిన ప్రూఫ్‌ను అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేసి సబ్‌మిట్‌ చేస్తే, రిసిప్ట్‌ వస్తుంది. నమోదు చేసినట్లు ఫోన్‌కు సందేశం వస్తుంది.
13.  వివరాలన్నీ సక్రమంగా ఉంటే సూచించిన గడువులోగా కొత్త కార్డు పోస్టు ద్వారా ఇంటికి వస్తుంది. యూఐడీఏఐ వెబ్‌సైట్‌ ద్వారా కూడా ఆధార్‌ పొందవచ్ఛు.
14.  చిరునామా ప్రూఫ్‌ కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సుమారు 45 రకాల అంశాలను నిర్దేశించింది.
15. వీటిల్లో ఏదైనా ఒకటి సబ్‌మిట్‌ చేయాలి.
16. ఇలా ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రాల చుట్టూ తిరగాల్సిన అవసరం లేకుండా చిరునామాలో మార్పులు, చేర్పులు చేసుకోవచ్ఛు.

How to change Date of Birth in Aaadhaar card?

You can change your Date of birth in Aaadhaar card by following method

1. – Visit the nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre.
2. – Fill in the Aadhaar update form and mention your date of birth on it.
3. – You need not mention the date of birth that is printed on the card.
4. – In order to change your date of birth, you will have to submit proof of the correct date of birth with the form.
5. – The executive at the enrolment centre will take the biometrics and will authenticate your identity.
6. – He will then hand over an acknowledgment slip to you.
7. – The acknowledgment slip will have an URN which you can use to check your Aadhaar update request

It’s possible for you to change your name in your Aadhaar card online. Sometimes, there is a mistake in the name due to a typing error by the official or due to an error made by you while filling the enrolment form. However, you can get your name corrected in Aadhaar online. Here is what you need to do.

1. – Visit the Aadhaar self-service update portal SSUP
2. – You will now have to click on Update Aadhaar.
3. – Now provide your 12-digit Aadhaar card number.
4. – You will now have to enter the text verification code in the box and then click on send OTP.
5. – You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
6. – You need to enter the OTP in order to login to the Aadhaar account.
7. – You can also use the TOTP feature for the purpose of authentication.
8. – Now choose what you want to update and click on the Submit Update Request button.
9. – Tick the declaration and click on Proceed.
10. – You will have to upload a document as a proof for the purpose of verification and then click on Submit.
11. – The BPO service provider will verify if the details match with the proof attached by you and will then forward the request to UIDAI. If the request is updated, you will receive an acknowledgement slip with a URN.

If you want to make a correction in your name in Aadhaar offline, you need to follow the steps mentioned below.

– First, download and then fill the Aadhaar correction form.
– Fill in the correct name in your form and submit it with relevant identity proof.

★హోం పేజిలోని My aadhaar సెక్ష‌న్‌లో Update your aadharపై క్లిక్ చేయాలి

★ఆ త‌ర్వాత Update Demographics Data Online పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

★అప్పుడు ఆధార్ సెల్ఫ్ స‌ర్వీస్ అప్‌డేట్ పోర్ట‌ల్ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. అందులో Proceed to Update Aadhaar పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

Aadhaar Helpline Number: సిమ్‌ కార్డు నుంచి ఇంటి లోన్‌ వరకు, రైళు నుంచి ఫ్లైట్‌ టికెట్‌ బుకింగ్‌ వరకు ఇప్పుడు ఆధార్‌ తప్పనిసరిగా మారిపోయింది. ఆధార్‌ కార్డు ఒక్కటి ఉంటే చాలు మీ మొత్తం సమాచారం తెలిసిపోతుంది.

ఇలా ప్రతి పనిలో ఆధార్‌ తప్పనిసరి అయిన సందర్భంలో ఆధార్‌ సేవలను కూడా విస్తరిస్తున్నారు అధికారులు. ఆధార్‌లో ఏవైనా మార్పులు, చేర్పులు చేసుకోవాలంటే కచ్చితంగా ఆధార్‌ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లక తప్పని పరిస్థితి. అయితే కొన్ని సందర్భాల్లో తెలియని ప్రదేశాలకు వెళ్లినా లేదా మీరున్న ప్రదేశంలో ఆధార్‌ సేవా కేంద్రం ఎక్కడ ఉందో తెలియక తికమక పడుతుంటారు. ఇలాంటి వారికోసమే యూనిక్ ఐడెంటిఫికేషన్ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా(యూఐడీఏఐ) కొత్త ఫీచర్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది.

1.  ఆధార్ కార్డులో అడ్రస్ మారిస్తే చాలు బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్, పాన్ కార్డ్, గ్యాస్ కనెక్షన్, టెలికాం ఆపరేటర్ల వద్ద కూడా ఆటోమెటిక్ గా అడ్రస్ మారిపోయే సిస్టమ్ ను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం చూస్తోంది.
2. వ్యక్తి ఆధార్ తో లింక్ అయి ఉన్న అన్ని ర కాల డేటా బేలో అడ్రస్ చేంజ్ అయ్యేలా బ్యాక్ ఎండ్లో డేటా ఇంటిగ్రేషన్ ను ప్రభుత్వం చేపడుతోంది ఇప్పటి వరకు 127 కోట్ల ఆధార్ నెంబర్లను ప్రభుత్వం ఇష్యూ చేసింది.
3. ఈ కొత్త సిస్టమ్ వలన ఆధార్ కార్డులో అడ్రస్ ను మార్చుకుంటే మిగిలిన డేటా బేస్లలో కూడా ఆటోమెటిక్ మార్చుకోవడానికి వ్యక్తులకు వెసులుబాటు ఉంటుంది.
4. ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ వచ్చే కొన్ని నెలల్లో అందుబాటులోకి రానుంది ఈ సర్వీస్ వలన నో యువర్ కస్టమర్ వెరిఫికే షన్లో పట్టే టైమ్, రీసోర్స్లు కంపెనీలకు మి గులుతాయని అధికారులు అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు .
